VGIC366-6B Viking cooktop ignitor

Hello,
I am new to the forum. I have a 36", 6 burner, freestanding, viking range. It's about 4 years old.
The front right burner is not igniting. It's clicking, but there's no spark.
Is this a simple swap out of the ignitor ?
How do I test voltage coming in ? I know how to access the ignitor and the connector. I assume I put one lead on the connector and one on ground, but don't know what voltage I'm looking for. I assume it's DC.

Any info would be great. Thanks !!!

Rather than knock the shizzle out of yourself with the 15,000 volt DC output of the module, try swapping a known working ignitor from a different burner with the bad one. If it still does not  spark, we know its' a module issue not the electrode.

Examine the suspect electrode for any hairline cracks in the ceramic base which could lead to current diversion to ground

I will do that as soon as I get home.
Can you give me a quick tip on removing the ceramic sparker. I see a metal retainer on the underside. I assume I remove that and the unit should be able to be removed ?

Shoeless you need to scrub the tip of that ignitor with a brass tooth brush and get the buildup off it so it will ground to the stove and be all happy happy.
