Ive had the he2 washer for two years. today it stopped working. when i try to run the washer the water fills up and pours out of the dispenser. I realize something is clogged but not sure how to get to it

There's a Duet manual here somewhere...

Slide the drawer out and check the hose. You can also check the inside of the door in the upper left area where the dispenser empties into the tub for obstructions at the outlet.

I pulled the dispenser out but their are no hoses. the dispenser lays in a "trough" that has a hole in the front. from what i can tell, water enters the trough through the back, then through the detergent and down the hole into the washer. i removed the bottom panel to expose the drain pump and attempted to locate a hose of some sort but had no luck

Start by removing the cap off the pump and getting the gookus out of it

Thanks so much for the manual. although it wasn't exactly the same it did get me to the hoses at the bottom of the dispenser. I removed the hoses and found a washrag blocking the water from entering. thanks again, this site is the best!!!!!!!!!!!

Is it not amazing that there is always a simple solution to these front loader problems.Now if we could just get RM to post a decent pic of himself.
