Spins to the point the washer wants to walk

Gents.
I just bought this same washer (used) for my son and it spins to the point the washer wants to walk.  So I think the previous owners laid it on it's side as described by 'nivard'.
Can someone help point out the pads and springs I need to replace ?



Per the attached link are the pads
#16 (qty of 3)
Per the attacehd link are the springs
#3  (qty of 3)

Please help direct me to the right items.  
Does anyone have the Whirlpool numbers for these items ?
Any suggestions on the best place to get the parts ?

Also, can it be something else ?  The rear self-levelers appear to work and I have relevel the front-back/right-left sides.

Your best bet is to buy the "Skate Plate Kit" part # 3946509 as shown below. Your 3 springs are part # 63907. Use anyof the parts resources you see here to order them.
