Need service manual for Whirlpool Cabrieo

Customer complains of loud thumping noise intermittently in wash and spin cycle and states she only recently started hearing this noise. The washer is 2 yrs old. She also complained of constant fill and stated she had to turn washer off and restart to prevent overfill. Stated that she sometimes gets a LF code. Checked fill hoses for kinks and checked screens in fill valve. All clear.  If she puts washer in clean cycle it will run all night if she does not cut it off. Any advice will be appreciated since this is the first time I have seen this model. Looks some ways similar to a Fisher Paykel which I am familiar with.

Hi Bill;
I'll sneak you a copy of my Cabrio Manual below, but I'm warning you it is 17MB long. The LF code means Long Fill, and has to do with the  pressure switches in the unit.The noise will have to be determined by you later. Perhaps it is pump-related.

serviced a maytag bravos machine today(same machine ) where the complaint was a loud thumping noise in wash and spin intermittently .It turned out to be more of a duck quack sound coming from the suspension rods where they connect at the top of the machine . There is a rework that consists of 4 plastic cups and rod retainers . This solved my issue.

the part # for the ball kit is W10198919 ..it comes with instructions . Hope this helps
