Roper Washer - On Spin cycle will make load buzzing noise, won't spin

Hey Everyone,
Could really use help with this one - money is tight and can't afford new washer. My Roper washer makes a loud buzzing noise when it hits the spin cycle. Doesn't spin though. I am a newbie at DIY but willing to try.

Any suggestions would be very greatly appreciated.
