One of the hundred or so parts shown for your model could be broken. How would we know from here which it is yet? This sometimes happens if the shifting lever on the bin is frozen up. Sometimes dumping out the ice and washing the bin out thoroughly with hot water will resolve the issue.

Hi this happen one time before. I opened the front panel of the ice door (outside)
 unscrewed the 4 screws that hold the front plate and changer some switch. that was attached to a circuit board. thats where I am at. don't know what switch I changed   thanks
