Does the Control Panel light-up ?

Do any of the Stove Elements work ?

Does the Oven Light work ?

Check / inspect / tighten the Nuts on the Terminal Strip on the back of the Oven
(un-plugged)

After leaving this Earth, "Do you want the smoking or non-smoking section?"

Nevermind.  My tenant assured me he checked the circuit breakers.  That was the problem.  If you want it done right do it yourself.  Thanks anyway.
