I have a Jenn Air induction cooktop that is slow to heat on induction and never gets very hot. Cooks ok but have to use HI just to cook eggs. Large pot never boils. The unit always works (over a year), just poor performance. We previously had the same unit that operated very well. I bought this unit used off Ebay about 2 years ago for installation in our new house due to the price on the new models.
Servicetechhelp.com states there is a bulletin "TS Bulletin 753, 01/02. Customer complains of long time to boil when using the induction cartridge." but it is available only to "membership paid service techs".
All electrical connections are correct and tight. The wiring diagram shows 2 potentiometers in the induction housing. Adjust them??
Any help at all would be appreciated.
Thank you, John Rounds
