dishwacher takes no water

Helllo,
My D/W doesn't take any water.The electric valve is not opening, it is not getting the power supply to open. What can I do?

Every dishwasher water valve has a metering device, whether it be a float switch or a pressure switch. A technician would see that there was no power at the valve and would trace the feed circuit to the valve back to the next component and test it also. The float switch controls power to the valve from the timer. We don't have diagrams for Euro models, so helping you with the electrical is not possible.
