Maytag Washing machine won't spin or empty tub

My washing machine won't spin or pump out the tub on the "Regular Fabric" or "Permanent Press" cycles.   It just sits there and the timer goes on to the "OFF"  If I spin it around to the "Fine Fabrics" cycle it will then spin and empty the tub.

Here is what I have done.
Replaced the belts and cleaned the motor, cabinet.  Lubed the track that the motor slides on for belt tensioning.  

The machine fills okay, agitates, just won't spin or pump out tub on those cycles.  

Any help would be appreciated.
