Kenmore He2 problem

The problem I am having is that all of the lights around the main dial flash and the "add a garment" is lit solid.  It will not do anything.  I had to open up the bottom of the machine and open the door manually because it was locked.  

Is there a keypad sequence that I can use to reset this machine or am I out of luck?

Thanks for your help.  Both my husband and I were electricians in the Air Force.  Do you think this is something we can replace ourselves?  Where can we get a CCU for cheap?

Jen did yall try to unplug the unit for 5 minutes?
Did you try unpluging the ccu board for 5 minutes. Clean corrosion off the contacts. Dhecked for loose connections? Sometimes wires come loose.
