Not really, only 1/4 the cost of replacement vs. repair

Why on Earth would you want someone to do this repair for you when all it takes are a very few simple tools and the  service manual on this website??  In fact, it only takes a screwdriver, pliers and a couple of sockets. The tub kit comes with a new seal and very explicit instructions. I have personally got this job down to 55 minutes when I was with the company. Still have the T-shirt...

can't read instructions or turn a screwdriver?..oh, well...maybe that's why they pay me the big bucks  {lol}

Seriously, you can figure another $200 to get 'er done if you wuss out.
