30 in Jenn-Air wall oven

I've got a 4 year old Jenn-Air 30 inch wall oven (single) and the temp isn't right. We bought an oven thermometer and the temp on the oven control says it's at 425, the thermometer says 375. Also the door won't stay all the way closed and there is hot air being blown out the bottom vent and the light will come on and go out all buy itself. I believe the door is not far enough closed. The air being blown out isn't real strong but being exhausted non the less. The oven takes forever to heat up and doesn't cook well as far as my wife is concerned. I believe the door is partially to blame.  The manual is no help. Any help would be appreciated.

 What I do is grab my hammer. I open the oven door and stick the handle down at the base of the door in between the door and the frame and apply pressure to the door. This makes the hinge slightly change position. Keep doing it till the door sits right against the frame. Hey I delivered em way before I learned how to fix em.

JennAir had trouble with the door hinges on these wall ovens. You'll find the model number either at the lower left corner of the oven (door open) or stuck to the underside  of the control panel. A pair of new hinges will solve both the temperature and the door light issues.
