Over the range microwave

The issue with this micro wave /range hood is that the bulbs in the range hood part burn out after a couple of weeks . Maytag had problems with vent hoods at one time same issue bulbs not lasting and they came out with a socket kit .Have any techs out there worked on a microwave /range hood for this problem ....any solution ?

Micro Bulbs

It was not so much the socket we had issues with but the board itself, which powers the lamps. The board was later transformed into a 2-piece affair instead of one board. There was no socket issue that I can recall, or at least none are mentioned when reviewing the Tech Notes on the model..
