kenmore HE2 installing a new bellow

My HE2 is approx 1 yr old and got a tear in the bellow causing water to leak out from under the door.  I have removed the old bellow but I'm having trouble getting the new one in.  Cant seem to figure out the trick to fit it and also the inner ring clamp.  Any help out there?

finally got it on.  Instead of clamps, asked my wife to help.  After getting the bellow on, we fed the clamp on, starting at the  9 oclock position and ended up at the 3 oclock position with the screw.  We were able to use some leverage on the screw to get the rest of the clamp on.  Ran the washer no leaks.
