Sears Kenmore Double Wall Oven 24"

We are trying to identify the model of my sons Sears Kenmore Double Wall Oven??? It is black with a wood grain finish handle & top where it has Sears Kenmore. It has a silver clock on the left side, dials in the middle & light buttons on the right. It is also self-cleaning. Any idea what model this is?? Is it work fixing? The top oven doesn't work at all & the bottom one just blew its heating element? Thank you so much. Will wait for replies.
