Gas oven cutting out during baking

When I use the oven, it will some times cut out and stop heating. I can hear the igniter clicking 3 and 4 times in a row but it won't light. I'll have to turn it off and restart it or let it cool down and start it again. It will always pre-heat to the proper temp but won't hold it after 20 to 30 minutes into the cycle.

Take a close look at the ceramic sheath on your bake electrode. If there are any hairline cracks, replace the ignitor electrode. If it proves to be intact, the spark control board (DSI) is bad up in the top console:

 I removed the panel with the 2 screws in the bottom of the oven but was not able to remove the panel directly above the burner since it takes a special type of screw driver. I had to lean into the oven and look between the panel and the burner. The igniter is running horizontally and I didn't see any ceramic on the igniter except for what looks like a spacer on the igniter that I was able to move or semi-rotate with my fingers. Am I looking at the right part?
