110.45962400 Door lock

the door lock stopped working.  We replaced the door lock part and it work sporadically for a week or 2.  Now, back to not working again.  unit?

Control panel seems to work, but when we push the star button we hear clicking then we get the door lock error.

Any ideas - control panel? central control

According to my good souce at the WP tech line, the CCU is bad if replacing the door lock did not correct the problem.

I replace a lot of these for that same problem.  :-\
