Ok fellow techs, I really need your help here with this one! I had a customer call with a "no spin" issue on their front loading Neptune washing machine. I get to the residence and check out my patient... it went through the cycles and after the 3rd rinse cycle, the "on" light went off and about a minute later the "door lock" went off, I opened the door and water was still in the tub, it never advanced to the last drain cycle. So, I turned the timer one notch and hit start, the power light came on and a moment later the door lock light came on and it started the last off an agitation cycle. Shortly after that, the drain pump kicked on, it drained and went into a high speed spin with no problem. So, I diagnosed the problem as being a faulty timer, but after replacing the timer I ran into the very same issue. So I looked at the board again transistor R-11 and the triac looked okay, so I just replaced the wax motor and while I was in the area the door lock as well. I started the machine... same thing, it stops after the 3rd rinse cycle right before the drain and spin and again I can advance the timer one notch and it drains and goes into the high speed spin and done. So, what's next, I replace the control board and say "this has to be it!" but only to find out that nothing has changed! What the heck am I missing?!?!?!    :tickedoff:

Does anyone think the problem could possibly be the water valve?

Here's a service pointer addressing the neutral having bad crimps at the water valve causing a false error and shutting down mid cycle.  I have only seen this once and it drove me nuts.
