Only the interior light works

Hi! We just purchased an LG washer and dryer secondhand from a reliable seller. It is an LG DLE5977B electric dryer so we attached the proper cord and plugged it in. When we hit the power button it tripped the breaker. Now it won't do anything when you hit the power button. No lights on the display will come on. Only the interior light comes on when you open the door. Is it possible something was shaken loose during transit to our house? Could it be a bad circuit board?  How difficult is it to change the circuit board? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Did you you have a 3 prong  or the newer 4 prong Dryer Outlet & Cord ?
