Sears terrible service

I have had confirmed service appointments with Sears Service twice and both times they have called the morning of the appointment to cancel telling me, and I quote, "they have to cancel because they have overbooked appointments".  They are not reliable and I DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT recommend anyone rely on them.

Geez, I'm glad you told us this...

I was just getting ready to call Sears out this morning, but since you had such a horrible experience, I will never call those awful people again. Bummer, dude!

Hard to imagine that they would over book. They always make appointments for three weeks from the day you call them with your washer broke down for the fifth time. =/
