Sears applicance service

Do not use Sears service center.  Twice I have set up confirmed appointments only to be called the day of the appointment to be told they are canceling the service due to, and I quote," overbooking of their service staff". 

Repair-man:
Who would you recommend?

I have an idea! Tell us what the problema is and we might can tell ya how to fix it yourself and save that money.
