tub leaning oneway and when spinning really wobble

I did find a long broken spring. The end loop was busted off and I reformed the end and re-attached it. It still is the same. The other 3 springs are there and attached. The pads are on the base plate and suspension plate. Not sure if they are worn or not. What  would make tub lean toward the front with nothing in it. Also when spins it makes a lound whinnig noise. Appreciate any ideas.

Make sure the shipping pins are removed. You only need to push them sideways till they release from their holes in the swashplate.

This pic was taken with the tranny removed. NOTE do not remove the tranny to get the shipping pin out  :2funny: :D

The machine is a few years old. My wife said she heard a load noise. This is probably when the spring broke. There are the 3 springs of the same size that attaches to each bracket. The longer one that attaches to the other side of the one bracket is the one that broke  on the end. I reformed the end and attached it to the bracket. I wasn't sure where the other end attached. I saw a hole in the base plate where it seemrd to attach. Would you have pic of that.

That leveling spring mounts in between a hole on the swashplate and  the rear wall of the machine.

There are 4 springs in all. 3 short fat ones and one long one that goes from the rear wall to the base.

well, I have it attached wrong. Would this cause the tub to be so wobbly. Also what do you think about the loud whining noise when spinning. Thanks for your help and any more suggestion. I am going to look at again in the next few days. Once again thanks for the help and a great site.
