Whirhpool Duet No Diagnostics

All lights on, door shut but machine will not cycle.  Went through protocol to  run diagnostics but no response.  Bought this in July 2002.  Also wondering of it is time for a new washer?

No, it's time to whip out the handy Duet manual here on the website and check the door switch. Even if the CCU control board is bad, $200 is cheaper than $1000, right?  Even Obama understands those economics :)
