Kenmore 70 series dryer - no heat

My electric dryer is no giving off any heat.  I used my multitester to check for power from the outlet (power checks).  Continuity checked for the thermofuse, the heating coil, the little dudads attached to the heating coil and the thermo cutoff thing next to the fuse.  What else can I check? Any thoughts?

Probably the timer . Do this test: Remove the heavy red wire from the heating element that goes into the timer at a point on the timer marked RH
Then move the timer knob and skirt around while holding a lead to that terminal and any other terminal on the timer. At some point in each cycle their should be continuity. If you can never get a reading between this terminal and any other terminal while repositioning the dial all over then that contact within the timer is burnt and that is why their is no heat. Another theory: somebody did not pay the power bill!

Also 66712 is not a model number.
There is a model/serial number tag on the dryer. Maybe inside the door.
It would be great if you could get the correct model number for us.

I checked the timer and there was a lack of continuity.  I got the new part, installed it and tested the heat.  Still no heat. Any more thoughts?

The model number by the way is 110.66712692

Now whip out your voltmeter and prove that there is 240 volts at the power cord connection, not 120. Electric dryers can run very well if the breaker is half-tripped. They won't heat though...
