washer makes a funny sound on delicate cycle

Hi ,  my wife is complaining about a different (not good ) sound on delicate cycle , any help would appreciate.
I'm hoping is not the transmission. beside that works OK.

As much as we can appreciate various noises that a machine makes, please remember that none of us can hear it.  Could you please be more specific when you mention a noise?


1. What kind of noise does it make exactly?  (i.e. grinding, screeching)

2. What part of the cycle is the machine performing when this noise occurs? (agitate, spin, drain)

We are working on our E.S.P., but it is not perfected enough to reach Canada yet
