That's to bad. I'm kind of surprised she would even want another LG washer after that.

Hope she had the plumber put in a floor drain so it doesn't happen again.
love how they said "tinker" and "couldn't find anything wrong"

she didn't get another LG... she got a samsung.  :2funny:

Yeah, if people want to put a washer on the second or third floor you better build in a floor drain.I bet at some point that the insurance companies will put in a disclaimer about paying for something like this. :tickedoff:

It could have been a problem with the water supply hose.Over time they can become brittle and burst.It is always better to check them from time to time and then have it replaced if required.
