Help need on installing 3 in 1 start kit on Crosley refrigerator

There are extra wires.
Is there a diagram to follow on which ones are not needed/needed?

How many wires do you have on that 3n1?

If this is a older refrigerator without any electric controls the 3n1 maybe ok to use.
It's always best to get the factory replacement start relay if you can.

You do not need the capacitor or the overload or the relay,The kit has all of them thangs built in to it. Basically that hard start has 5 wires. You put red to the right(run). Black at the top (common) and white to the left pin(start). All you need to do with the other 2 wires is hook 120 volts to them. Usually your ice box will have a red and a white wire coming down from the cold control. That is what you hook the 2 naked wires 2. If you have a condenser motor to contend with then hook it up parallel in the circuit. What do I mean by parallel? Instead of running everything in one big continuous circle you piggyback the fan motor on top of the hard start power wires so that both items will get the same amount of power. Confused yet?

If you have it hooked up right (Assuming you have all of the wires with compressor terminals correctly connected to the compressor as described above)then you will basically have 3 wires connected to each of the supplied blue wirenuts that come with the kit. On the one side you will have one power wire, one fan wire, and one of them plain black all n one hard start wires. On the other side you will have one power wire, one fan wire and that other bare naked black all n one hard start wire. That oughta get that puppy sanging a tune. IF it is indeed alive and well.
