Dishwasher top rack not getting very clean.

The glass and other items we put in the top rack of the dishwasher don't get very clean.
Also I think the dishwasher has a different sound then it use to.
It's a Whirlpool Mod. GU2451XTSB2

I would check the food chopper screen to see if it's plugged.
