NM11 Northland frig help

Anyone out there that can help me service a Northland refrigerator?  It needs an evap fan, but it is up inside the power module.  So how do I get to it?  It looks like a royal pain to try and change it through the hole from the freezer, so is there an easier way from above?  Thanks

Yes it helps, but I'm still curious how to remove the unit pictured, or can I change it through the duct going to the freezer?  I couldn't find a picture or tech data of the whole thing other than the one you provided, which I used to order the parts.   Thanks
