It squeals when going into the spin cycle and stops, we've taken it apart but found nothing. It is still doing it, the washer is 5 years old, top loader. Please any clue?
What I need is a diagram of the washer and parts...a piece of plastic fell off and we have no idea where it belongs..LOL

Your exact model was not listed when I tried it, but the ones listed will be very close to the same.

That part was a shield that belongs above the water hoses and wires.
We checked the water pump, but the tub itself will not spin, it does then quits.
I replaced a coupler last year..so we are at a loss right now..I guess laundry will go to laundry mat.

Probably the coupling again. They break pretty easy.

You all won't believe this but we ended up buying new washer and dryer. They both started acting up, so we replaced them.
We have the Kenmore Elites now...Nice set.
