Your freezer temp needs to be 0-5 deg. F for the ice maker to run.
Check your freezer temp first.
Is there any water or ice sitting in the ice maker?
If the freezer is cold enough and there is ice in the ice maker, but it just does not dump them out then I would replace the ice maker unit.
If the freezer is cold enough and the ice maker is not getting any water I would check the water valve and the tube running from the water valve up to the ice maker to see if it's frozen on the end.
Sometimes the water fill tube will freeze on the end were it dumps into the ice maker. This often happens with low water pressure problems.
The water valve on this refrigerator is a dual valve. One part for the water in the door and the other part for the ice maker. It's possible that the half that fills the ice maker with water stopped working.
In this case you would need to replace the water fill valve.
