And, you can install it with the help of this manual. Disregard the short model list contained in the manual, as it was published long before other models were added. This includes all current designs.

By turning the various pulleys by hand might be a good first start. It would not be uncommon to find something in the pump causing the motor to amp out. Lean the machine back against the wall and slip the belt off first.
