Water pooling under crispers and freezing.

We have a Whirlpool fridge that is pooling water under the crisper's and freezing. We are having no other problems with the appliance staying cool. We do have some extra frost in the freezer. I have tried to locate the drain tube with no success. I unscrewed the light fixture/control panel and found no drain tube. Any help would be wonderful.

The freezer floor liner has screws you must remove to lift up the floor. The drain can then be seen and dealt with in the back.

OK, it worked... thank you, thank you.
The bottom of the freezer was a solid sheet of ice and the drain hole was frozen. Do you think I may be looking at something else going wrong?

Let's not look for trouble , Dear...it will find you by itself

To avoid freeze-up, be sure both doors have good sealing qualities and ddo not turn the cold controls up very high. Mid way or below is usually adequate and will avoid a potential freeze-up.
