Spin Cycle shakes the Drum too much

I had this GE Washer for over 10 years, lately i have noticed that on the spinning cycle the Drum shakes and vibrates too much. When i checked the from the inside cover, found that some screws were quite lose so i have tighten them back into position, also the front and the back drum spring holders were in their places. Now and on the spin cycle, it still shakes and vibrates a lot. Why is that? Does it needs some kind of balancing the drum or the Machine itself ?  and please advice how to do so?

Model numbers for the Euro models don't show up on our screen, but the GE toploader is pretty much standard when it comes to the mechanics. Your machine likely has 4 rubber straps at the top of the tub cover which connect it to all 4 corners of the upper cabinet. They can be seen with the front panel off and the top raised. These straps generally break after 7 or more years and have to be replaced. Only 2 screws hold them to the tub and cabinet.

These bungie straps stretch also, and they allow for a lot more movement than normal. Sorta like worn out shock absorbers.
