O FF

We just bought a LG refrigerator , just plug power cord in tonight.
Model # LSC27926ST,
I pressed the IcePlus button to turn the unit on ,but the unit doesn't work.I don't hear any blowing air from Evp Fan Motor, Compressor, I can't change temperature at Freezr and Ref , can't get the water at dispenser .

Can you guy tell me what's wrong with it?

To deactivate the power saving mode, press the FREEZER and ICE PLUS buttons simultaneously and hold them for 5 seconds until the Ding sounds.

I did what you said, but I didn't hear any Ding sound.
It still has " O FF".

Be sure the Lock is not engaged, preventing you from entering anything. Press and hold the lock key for 3 seconds and watch the display. There's also a re-set button on the main control board in back.
