Newer Whirlpool Refrigerator sxs icing problem

This refrigerator has one of the closed tanks to collect the water from the defrost cycle.   My problem -  I thawed out the frozen evaporator,  the door had been left open in high humidity.   The tank is full,  and seems that the water will not evaporate from the tank.   I tried to suck out water from drainage hole in bottom of freezer,  but to no avail.   Any suggestions - I thought maybe drill a hole and plug it afterwords,   thanks.

What is the model number of your refrigerator?

That is the problem.   I looked inside fresh food,  model/serial sticker is not there.   combed the refrigerator for it, lower grate,  back,  etc.   .   Relatively new model,  maybe 3 or 4 years old.    I'm going to go back and see if I can find or take some pictures and try to match it up.
