3-beeps issue

I'm trying to diagnose an issue with my kenmore dryer.  After reading forums I determined that the dryer is a Whirlpool GEW9200L.  

Tried to download the repair manual from the link below but there is a 'DL engine not active' error.  Does anyone have another link to the Whirlpool repair guide?

Symptoms - dryer runs but constantly beeps.  It seems stuck in high/temp cotton setting.  I pulled the top panel and found the 3 electronics assemblies (8546219 Main control) and (8559430 button board 1 and board 2).   I am thinking to reflow the solder joints on the boards and maybe spray some degreaser on the buttons to see if anything makes a difference.  Then I guess I will start replacing parts, starting with the $120 main control board).  

Any suggestions - please?

Thanks guys.

I put the dryer back together, planning to go at it tomorrow.  It works fine now.   I don't know, maybe there were some loose terminals, dusty terminals, cold solder, etc.  Anyway, it works OK now.  This puppy has been doing strange things intermittently since we bought it. 

Diagnostics check OK.  If it acts up again I'm just gonna test or probably replace the thermistor first.  Hopefully its not the Main control board.
 
The manual has the detail I need for sure.   Thx!
