help with maytag neptune front load washer start but stop after few seconds..

Hello Guys,
Could you please help me with my front load washer neptune, first a couple of years it stop working on the regular cycle so I started using the normal cycle but now this cycle does not finish either when I push the start button it start pumping the water and star washing but then in the middle stop working. Then I have to push again the start button and star over pumping water.
Please somebody help what could be the problem? where can I get an online manual to see how to change the broken part?

Sounds like 2 separate issues. The first one indicates timer problems, since one cycle would not work but the other would. Now, it stalls in the wash cycle. This could be due to a slow fill on the water valve or even door lock issues or a motor problem. This model was fraught with repair problems, so diagnosis is not for the faint at heart. Fortunately, the  guys that run this forum have provided you with the Netune service guide, which you may download here.

Has the Door Lock Wax Motor ever been changed ?

Even if it has been, the Spring Clip could be weak and the switch may be opening with the vibrations... ?

I have read on this forum that any liquid from unaurthorized washing detergent on the floor of these front loaders cause problems.

When you get tired of guessing, check the motor control board down below. If it is bad, the machine will fill for a minute or so, then the unit will shut down completely, no lights nothing. Visible signs on the board include a blown fuse and/or dark scorch marks around resistors. I found an identical issue yesterday.

The quick way to tell if the motor is out is to set the timer on a spin cycle, open the door and hold the door switch down, then press start. You should see the tumbler go back and forth as though it were washing. If it does not move within 5 seconds after pressing start, the motor control is bad.
