Went on this call today,customer says the unit about 4 times has just shut itself off. No lights nothing. They unplug it and restart it. Ok no problem. Then she tells me when she restarted it the other day it just finished the cycle. Ran diagnostics,no error codes. Unit tested fine, checked operation and everything tested fine. What or how could everything shut off and then it just start right back up in the middle of the cycle that it was in. Sounded at first like a control board but now I am not so sure. Wires check good.

If it completes the cycle after power is restored, I would assume that it's loosing power during the cycle. It could be a bad control board if all the wiring and EMI filter are good.

My thoughts also but because it completes the cycle right where it was I'm wondering about the filter both checked out I never had a filter do this but how can the board shut down but start back up right were it was in the cycle and finish washing

Check the wall plug, never hurts to eliminate that...
