maytag bravos medb800vq0 no heat

i have a dryer that all components check fine with meter, replaced control with new and still no heat

Did you check for 240v to dryer? Did you check thermistor?  If you jump heater relay on control does heater come on? If yes , check your thermistor. If no, check for 240v to dryer,check element, thermal cut off, safety t-stat, motor. One of these mentioned is your problem

When you checked your components, did you have at least one wire disconnected? Assuming that you were ohming?

I have checked everything right, I have 25 years experience with repairs.
The diagnostics show F31 low line voltage
The control reads 233 volts
The outlet has 122.8 to the white wire and 117.6 to the black that's the only thing I found odd, besides no heat. If I jump the relay I get heat, so the heat leg works

I had the identical issue and basically followed the same trouble shooting procedures and was stumped .I phoned w/p tech line and was told to change the user interface (console ) .I t solved my problem .

Sorry KC didn't know you were a tech.  Did you ohm your thermistor? If your thermistor is telling your control that it is 160 degrees when it is really 72 degrees the control will do what it is programmed to do. So, I would suspect thermistor. That being said, user interfaces can cause controls to do crazy things.
