Kenmore (frigidaire?) washer 417.29042991 No Spin - drains fine

My washer currently no longer spins during any of it cycle.  It goes through the entire cycle fine but just won't spin - any suggestions on where I should look for an issue/what is causing the problem?

Anyone know where I can get a service manual?
