bleach dispensor

Hi I have a front loader and the bleach does not get dispensed it is just sitting in the holder, what would make that happen?? I think theres a diverter motor back there?????  or what is the most common cause for that ??    Thanks  JPG

You probably have a plugged hose.
You need to fix that because the dang bleach over time will rust out the suspension rod mounts on this sorry excuse for a washer.

Your bleach is controlled by a diverter valve. You can check its operation by removing the main top. There's also a mini-manual inside the cabinet of this machine that will show you how to check the dispensers, among other things.
