My Samsung Refrigerator model #RFG295AARS/XAA-0000 is not working properly.  We replaced 6 sensors, 3 fans, sub board and main board. Checked all voltages and resistance of wiring, including the defrost heaters and compressor.  All were within tolerances.  We have gotten the freezer to work, but not the refrigerator.  We have gotten the refrigerator to work, but then the freezer didn't work. It will only work on the refrigerator with power cool on. Once the power cool goes off the refrigerator stops working.  Cleaned all the drains, cleaned off the evaporator coils.  We can hear the compressor change speeds from low to high.  Tried recalibrating the temperatures, still no luck.  Could it be a bad TDM valve or could the compressor have lost it's coolant charge?

Is this a duel evaporator unit?

and I assume you also cleaned the condenser too?

Yes, it is a dual evaporator and we cleaned the condenser.

Frost pattern on FF evap? If the freezer is working but fridge is not, I would suspect a sealed system issue rather bad EEV valve or low charge... O0

Freezer is not working. Freezer dropped about 3 degrees then stayed there (77) The refrigerator gets slightly cold, (50) when the power cool went off, it heated back up to 70. Before we replaced the sub and main boards we unplugged and plugged the refrigerator back in probably about 20 times that day and in the evening it started to work, freezer and frig, but when we got up in the morning it acted like it had completely shut off, both the freezer and the frig.  What kind of a sealed system issue?

That makes more sense. Souds as if you are very low on charge.
