Frigidaire range plgs389ech when you set bake the fan starts and goes through the whole cycle at 350 degrees
Also temp needs to be set lower 75 degrees to high what can this possibly be thanks in advance for your help :thanks:

Which fan are you talking about?  The internal cooling fan or the convection fan? Instructions on calibrating the temperature should be in the users manual. Sometimes it's in the tech sheet which is usually located on the back panel.

Are you sure you are not using QUICK bake? How are you measuring temp? Unit will overshoot on first heat cycle.
