Many of there units have a ring around them that has ball bearing in them with a real thick substance. If the unit is in a area where it is cold or cool ,it takes a little time to warm up. May be your issue. Did you run diagnostics on the unit ?

My experience  finds the samsung VRT rings sound almost dry. I have brand new units that want to jump out of the cabinet. I am not a "change the shocks" guy. at ALL. check for out of round inner tub. O0

most of the Samsung front loader I deal with do have a serious shake near the start of the spin cycle. This is really tends to be amplified on units that are not on a good level or on 2nd story or weak floors. IF the shake does not go away relatively quickly then you do have a problem. A couple of other things to check: have all the shipping bolts been removed ( I know sounds stupid but I had one that the homeowner did not remove the shipping device on). Also make sure that all the feet are firmly on the floor, as the unit starts to spin and shake feel around the feet sometimes a perfectly level unit will have one foot that has loosened and although it is touching the floor it is not actually supporting any weight.

I do agree with all posts just thought I would add that I did run into 2 Samsung frontloads  that the rotor had one bad magnet that made the machines bounce and vibrate at the beginning of spin cycles but most cases here in my part of the world I would say 65% of the time it is due to weak floor

I've always had success in changing the balance rings, but they ain't cheap and sometimes are backordered. That seemed to fix my balance spin problems.
