Maytay Dryer getting 240V but motor

motor wil not engage, got lights on panel. went through code test would not pull a code.

Safety Thermostat
Belt Switch
Motor Overload
Control Board (Relay)
 

Repair-man:
Check the thermal fuse on the blower duct.
