caprio washer
« on: March 03, 2014, 09:58:20 AM »
The washer is always out of balance on the spin cycle.  The clothes are bunched up on one side.  I've watched the agitator work but it doesn't seem to separate the clothes.  Any ideas what I can do to fix this problem?

Check for loose suspension rods. If you push down on the tub there should be some resistance. If it's bouncy or loose, replace the suspension rods. They come in a kit of four. W10189077

Did you mean Cabrio not Caprio?  I am talking the Cabrio Whirlpool Washer.   The issue i saw in these units was that the drum, when moving vertically gets literally stuck on the inner tub and will not release.  This causes a balance error and your machine to give the code and quit working mid cycle.
