When you turn timer on and start switch clicks, do you have 120vac to ground on both terminals of start switch where blue wires are connected?

No.
When I put the timer on 50 minutes I have 120V just in one blue wire, when I push the Start switch the power comes on both blue wires. dryer won't start. However I release the push to start bottom and continuing turning the timer by my hand , push to start bottom clicks by itself and dryer doesn't  start. I have checked door switch, thermal fuse, hi limit, flame sensor, all working and none of them grounded.

The heat circuit components don't have anything to do with running the motor. Unplug dryer, turn timer on and check for continuity between timer contacts T to W, should read 0 ohms. If not, jump those terminals together and try to run dryer.

there is no countiniuty between W (white cable) and T (tan cable) on the timer.
I jumped those terminals and dryer runs.

Thank you for your help. solved!!!!

I will buy a timer.
