Is it hard to get LG parts?

We are looking at buying a new washer and dryer.

My husband has always been able to repair our appliances himself, but from what I have been reading online it maybe hard to get part for LG appliances.

Is this true or are they getting easier to get parts for now?

It may not be so easy to find a local appliance repair shop that stocks LG appliance parts, but there are some places online that stock LG appliance parts.

Such as RepairClinic.com were you can find appliance parts for over 70 different brands including LG.

This is a old topic that I felt needed updating as AppliancePartsPros.com (one of our parts affiliates) now also stocks LG parts too.

Hi. We own an LG washer and dryer. The bearings went out in the tub within three years. LG is very hard to work with and no repair shop wants to touch them either. I fixed our washer after an LG customer service rep told me three years was average on the bearings. Good luck, but I would say buy a different brand. I think repairclinic.com is where my parts came from.
